Check in process was a nightmare, management sends a link (which doesn’t work) to open the main door. Multiple attempts were made via email to obtain the correct link. Actually never received but after an hour management was able to remotely open the door. Upon entry into flat we discovered the A/C was reading E5 error- NO A/C working. Immediately contacted management with no response, left to eat dinner and management responds with a request to send a video of the error code!?!??? Our family is on holiday during the middle of a heat advisory- I’m not here to troubleshoot an A/C. We leave dinner to send the video & management responds that the owner is aware of the non-working A/C and because it’s a Friday afternoon there are no options to fix the A/C. After suffering all weekend with no A/C we hear nothing from management Monday. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this flat or Seville rental company.

Great space, but a few problems

Overall, this is a spacious, clean apartment in a lively neighborhood. The living room and dining area faced the lovely balcony, which could get noisy from the vibrant Plaza below (great for people watching!). The bedrooms were in the back of the apartment and were very quiet, cool and had lots of storage. The problems were a confusing check in process and then a shower that did not drain properly, leaving the floor a wet mess. Hopefully for the next guests, the shower problem has been resolved.

Clean and convenient

Loved staying here! It was very clean and the communication with the host was fast and easy. It was quiet and the air conditioning works well. It also has blackout shades which made sleeping (and sleeping in) easy to do. You can’t beat the location, too - close to many shops, restaurants, cafes, markets, and popular tourist spots. Highly recommend :)

Excellent apartment

Excellent location, short walk to many of the tourist places. The place is big enough and could host up to 6 people. The place is nice and clean and quiet in the back where the bedrooms are. Has everything you will need. Cons: bedrooms don’t have windows, it can be loud in the living room area because the place is above a playground with bar/restaurants there too. However, it is not really bad! We really liked this place and will definitely recommend it and go back! Communication with rental service was great too!

A perfect apartment in Seville

We are an older couple (70s) who found Seville to be the prettiest city we've ever visited. This apartment was in an amazing location with everything we could possibly want within a block. The apartment itself was big, clean, not cluttered, fully equipped, everything worked, Pedro was always available by phone when we had a question. All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat.
