Just 7 minutes from the most famous monuments of the city, such as the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcázar of Seville. It has two bedrooms facing the facade, both with double beds. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. This apartment is located in a Sevillian house in the Alfalfa neighborhood, in the area of ​​the city where Muslims and Jews lived. The streets of this area are characterized by being narrow and shady with patios in the center of the housing complex, in this way the houses were kept cool in summer. A whole Andalusian and Sevillian experience that we are sure you will enjoy.

The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It will have sheets, towels, a hair dryer, shampoo gel and other courtesy products such as toilet paper, coffee, sugar, etc. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and air conditioning.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

We have prepared our apartment to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This spacious, quiet and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay here fantastic.

Our apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom faces the front and has a fairly large double bed (1.50mx2.00m) and a large built-in wardrobe with enough space for your things. The second bedroom is somewhat smaller in size and also has a double bed but measuring 1.35 x 2.00 metres and a slightly smaller built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms are adjoining and close to the bathroom.

The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and the living room, and has a bathtub with a screen, sink and toilet.

The living room of the apartment faces the central courtyard of the building and, to be honest, is somewhat dark, but it is very quiet and comfortable. The living room is divided into two spaces: The living or TV area where there is a large, comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, and the dining area, where there is a large table for up to 4 people. The kitchen is connected to the living room and is equipped with everything you need to cook. It has a washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave. Of course, it is equipped with enough kitchenware to cook and eat for up to 4 people.

It is a humble but very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with an incredible location in a very authentic but quiet area of ​​the city.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:

It is a Sevillian house that is organized around a typical Sevillian patio decorated with indoor plants. It has an elevator to go up to the roof of the building, although the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. On the roof there are clotheslines where you can hang clothes and where you can enjoy the views over the city.

For us, respect for the rest and privacy of our neighbours is a priority. Therefore, we will ask you to behave in an exemplary manner during your stay, respecting the building's rules of coexistence. We are sure that we can count on you to achieve this. Likewise, you must ensure that your pet does not relieve itself in the common areas of the building. If this happens, we ask that you clean it immediately.

Upon arrival, you will find the beds made up, a shower towel and a hand towel per guest, and a hand towel and a shower mat in the bathroom. In the bathroom we will leave complimentary hygiene products, such as some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also find complimentary products in the kitchen, such as some coffee capsules, milk capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, napkins. These products are complimentary and will not be replaced during your stay. We will also leave various cleaning products (excluding washing machine soap). All bed and bath linen and products are complimentary and will not be replaced during your stay. We do not have daily room service, so we cannot replenish products or clean the apartment daily or change bed and bath linen. For stays of 8 nights or more, we will leave an additional set of sheets and towels at no cost.

During your stay you can request the services of Apartment Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning for longer stays, Bed linen and towel change service, additional towels, Babysitting service, Home Medical Care service or PCR test service approved for air travel. All these services have an additional cost.GUEST ATTENTION

We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. For this reason we are going to ask you two favors.

1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.2.- If you have any problem in the city, any doubt about how to get something, you need some advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.

Our Check-in team will be available throughout your stay. Our guest reception team will give you some advice about monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all the questions of our guests.

In any case, we have prepared for you a wide documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a beer, some delicious sweets and/or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, useful telephone numbers and of course maps and recommended visits, taking into account the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a specific guide for them. We love to do this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

OTHER OUTSTANDING ASPECTS

In the house we have 6 house rules:Pets are welcome in this apartment, although you will have to pay an additional fee of €40.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. If you need to smoke, do so in the street, never in the common areas of the building
Respect the rest of our neighbours. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties are prohibited, as is noise during quiet hours (11pm to 9am and 2pm to 5pm).
Please deposit the rubbish you have generated before leaving on the day of departure in the street containers. We will inform you where the nearest container is.
Make rational use of the air conditioning. Use it only when you are in the apartment and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we be helping the environment, but the equipment will work better when you really need it.
The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the apartment. If you do a load of laundry, we ask you to hang it on the terrace or inside the apartment.


It is very important for us that everything is organised upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. Please provide us with the telephone number and an email address that you bring to Seville, as well as your email address so that we can contact you in case of need. It is very easy to contact us by phone or through the app of the channel through which you made the reservation

For the delivery of keys you can choose the method that best suits your needs. You can request a face-to-face delivery of keys and a member of our reception team will wait for you at the apartment. This option is available and is free between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Outside of these hours this face-to-face option costs €40.00. The second option is to enter the apartment with a code. This option is always free at any time. If you choose this option we will contact you a few days before to provide you with the information and request your details for admission.

Early Check in / Late Check out service. THIS SERVICE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. If on the day of your arrival in Seville you want to check in before the time set for the delivery of the keys (15.00) and ONLY if there is availability, we can offer you an early check in for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-in before 14.00. On the other hand, if on the day of your departure you need to make a late check out (after 11.00 am) we can offer you the Late Check out service, ONLY if there is availability, for a small supplement of €30.00 for check-outs after 12:00, although the maximum time of stay in the apartment is 18:00

If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only need to indicate the tax details to which we must issue the invoice and we will give it to you during the reception at the apartment..THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in the monumental area of ​​Seville, within the limits of the Alfalfa neighborhood. Very close to the Church of El Salvador and the Plaza del Pan and a stone's throw from the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the Cathedral of Seville, the City Hall, and the Reales Alcázares.

The apartment is located on the unique and pedestrian street Siete Revueltas, which owes its name to its winding layout. It is just a few steps from the Plaza del Pan and the busy and lively Plaza de la Alfalfa. Both squares are a meeting place for Sevillians and in them you will find numerous bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, an optician, a bakery, a confectionery, a supermarket that opens 7 days a week until 10:30 p.m., a taxi rank, a famous butcher's shop and a children's play area. Just 7 minutes away on foot is the market in the Plaza de la Encanación, a famous building known as Las Setas where you will find quality fresh produce. It is also located 5 minutes from the main shopping areas of the city, and the Golden Mile of Seville. Here you will find all the most important and significant shops in the city. It is the Shopping Area of ​​the historic center of the city.

Located on the edge of the old Muslim quarter, it is 5 minutes from the Cathedral, Alcázar, City Hall, Church of El Salvador, and 5 minutes from the Plaza de la Encarnación and many other monuments of the city that you can visit on foot without much effort.

From the nearby Calle Imagen (3 minutes walk), you can access the bus that leaves you at the Santa Justa train station, and from there, if necessary, take the bus that takes you to the airport. Its perfect connection with the train station and airport is the icing on the cake of its excellent location.

DIRECTIONS

The apartment is ideal for getting around the city on foot. If you are coming to Seville by car, we advise you to contact us so that we can find you one of the car parks we have available in the city or indicate the nearest and/or cheapest public car park.

The cheapest and best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. You must take the Special Airport line (EA) right at the stop you will see when you leave the Arrivals gate. The duration is approximately 15 min. The ticket price is €5.00. The frequency is every 23 minutes and it operates from 4:30 a.m. to 0:00 a.m. You must get off at the 'Estación de Santa Justa' stop. There you have to take bus number 32, in the direction of Plaza del Duque and get off at the 'Imagen' stop. The duration is approximately 15 min. The ticket price is €1.50. Afterwards, you must walk 4 min. to the apartment.

Please note that the street is pedestrian only and cars cannot reach the front door of the building. If you go by taxi, it is best to ask the driver to drop you off at Plaza del Pan. From there you will have to walk to the apartment. Don't worry, it's only 2-3 minutes.

The taxi is more comfortable than the bus, but it is a bit more expensive (around €25-35). There is a fee for travel from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday €25 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays €28.00. They may charge extra for luggage although this is not usual.

We have recently reached an agreement with a taxi service to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Arrivals door of Seville airport and would take you directly to the apartment. To make the reservation we only need to know the flight number, landing time and the name and first surname of the person making the reservation. The service fee is similar to taking a taxi from the airport queue (35€ for a transfer of 4 passengers). If you want, I can book it for you.
