"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

"Amazing location right in old town! We stayed in the new section and the room was immaculate. The rooftop pool was a great oasis when it was over 40 degrees. The valet parking was also very nice. Would highly recommend!"

"到达的这天正好是西班牙的三王节，酒店很热情地一一介绍，还帮忙定了弗拉门戈的门票，早餐也不错有些菜品会变化，就是蔬菜少了一点。地理位置优越，离景点近基本都是10分钟左右，离西班牙广场稍微有点远，大概20分钟步行。"
