"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

"Beautiful building and rooms. Needs more smile at the reception, more understanding, more people because sometimes it takes long time just to talking to them. At first, after check in, i didnt find the complimentary bottle of champain. So I left, went to the city and come back, before getting inside ..."

"到达的这天正好是西班牙的三王节，酒店很热情地一一介绍，还帮忙定了弗拉门戈的门票，早餐也不错有些菜品会变化，就是蔬菜少了一点。地理位置优越，离景点近基本都是10分钟左右，离西班牙广场稍微有点远，大概20分钟步行。"

Good stay experience with Ibis style
"Everyone hotel staffs are provide their good service with their smile for all of travellers. I have a very good sleep experience with The hotel’s room. And the location with the train station by walk no longer than 10 mins . And with the Corte ingles no longer than 10 mins by walk ."
