You will be 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and its beaches, 15 minutes from Cholet (with its Ribou leisure park, its large L'Autre Usine complex with many activities such as karting, escape games, sports, etc.), 40 minutes from Nantes and its famous machines de l'île, 30 minutes from the Boissière du Doré zoo and 35 minutes from Puy du Fou. Not forgetting the famous Hellfest festival in Clisson, which is only 25 minutes from the gîte! The accommodation, entirely on one level, consists of a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the dining area and the living room, two bedrooms, one with a 160cm x 200cm bed and the other with 2 90cm x 200cm beds, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and vanity unit as well as a separate toilet. Outside, a large terrace accessible from the living room and from the master bedroom allows you to take your meals in the open air. For summer days, a barbecue is also available.
300 meters from the cottage is a small private pond ideal for fishing, relaxing and barbecues (carp, roach and pike ...). A little further away is the river "La Moine". Beautiful walks in perspective!
The cottage, designed for 4 people, can accommodate 3 additional people thanks to the sleeping area in the living room (sofa bed) and the pull-out bed in the second bedroom. Reservations for more than 4 people are made on request to the reservation center for an additional €50 per person per week.
The cottage is adjoining another cottage that can accommodate 2 to 4 people (H49G015761 - La Pierre Bleue A). By renting both cottages, you can gather up to 11 people spread over the two cottages. The outdoor spaces remain well separated, not overlooked and private, as is the parking lot.
