    This three bedroom, two bathroom with sofa bed sleeps (8) and is perfect for the family! With a large yard, outdoor games, BBQ grill, fire pit and a lovely peony garden you'll enjoy this oasis located just 6 miles from town. A full kitchen, cozy living room, dining table, sunroom and laundry make this property perfect for groups wanting to explore Seward. As our guest, we're here to help you explore Seward and Kenai Fjords National Park, offering discounts on many tours in the area!

    Once you enter the home from the lower parking area, everything is on one level. Two bedrooms with queen beds are separated by a full bath. The master bedroom contains a king and a full ensuite bathroom. The home has a main living room and a sun room with a queen pull out sofa bed. Laundry room, full kitchen and a large dining table are also perks. A large wrap around deck is a plus!

    This private retreat features mountain and glacier views. Moose with newborn calves frequent the property in spring and graze on the raised-bed gardens and surrounding forest during summer. Hiking trails, salmon weir, salt-water fishing and fresh-water lake are minutes away. A 10 min drive to the Seward boat harbor and downtown, this property with its large lawn, decks and fire pit is perfect for outdoor relaxation. Plenty of parking for cars and sports-equipment trailers (boats, 4-wheelers and kayaks), this home is eco-friendly, with geothermal heating.

    From the Seward train depot, this home is located a short taxi ride away, or a 2.5 hour scenic drive from the Anchorage airport.

    We do encourage guests to refrain from cooking fish inside the unit; however, we do provide a grill for outdoor cooking of your local catch. We do not allow processing of fish on property.

    As a free resource, my husband Clay, a local boat captain, and I are here to answer questions or help you book the perfect excursion to explore Seward and the surrounding Kenai Fjords National Park. We offer discounts on many tours to our guests.

The property was the perfect home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Amazing place to stay

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Location was great too. There’s a beautiful backyard and lots of games to play both indoor and outdoor. There were a few minor issues: problem with water drainage in the master bathroom, problems with the lock in the common bathroom. Overall it was a great stay.

Alaska starts here!

First time in Alaska for a few of us on this vacation. And trust me it won’t be our last. The vacation rental property was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after a full day of fishing and hiking. The property owners were top notch and thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The home was very clean and had lots of fun outdoor games to play with! Thank you for a great stay!

5 minute drive to downtown, with soooo much to do. The place is modern, well kept, roomy with a well stocked kitchen. The only thing we didn't like is we missed the Moose walking through the yard. Excellent choice 5 star

Hosts were very easy to work with making reservations. They happened to be outside when we pulled in and greeted us warmly. They could not have been nicer. This home was immaculate with all the kitchen accessories and supplies you would ever need. The home was located outside of Seward and away from shopping maybe by 10 miles. We are a family of two seniors, 2 adults and kids ages 19, 18 and 14. We had plenty of room and would stay there again.

We were so impressed with the attention to detail we found in this immaculate home. The kitchen was stocked not only with plenty of dishes and glasses but also snacks, coffee, and spices. The spacious yard and many outdoor toys called to the children to play outside in spite of the rain. Inside, the board games in the sunroom kept them occupied. We enjoyed the quiet of the forest, yet were only a short drive from town. We will be back.
