"I stayed only overnight but I'm happy with the staff, cleanliness, wifi and the location"

"This hotel is run-down and in desperate need of a remodel. The electrical outlets in our room were not functioning so the front desk staff moved us to another (upgraded) room for free, but most of the outlets didn't work there either. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the heater did not work in one of the rooms so we all had to sleep in one bed together because the room with the sofa-sleeper was too cold. We pre-paid for parking when I booked the hotel, and then were charged again for parking when we checked in. The hotel management refused to refund the double parking charge because we had booked through a 3rd party. The location is convenient - very close to Pikes Place Market and other attractions, but overall we are very dissatisfied, and would not stay here again. "

"It was a nice affordable room to stay in. Service feels very limited. The office is just closed down from 8-8, and on the morning I was there at 9 am no one had shown up to open the lobby and or make coffee. "

"The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Cam is amazing! I do wish the loynge was open all day for a bite to eat and a drink in the down time before our events. Other than that i will stay there wvery time im in Seattle"
