“We travel a fair amount and have never been taken care of so well. The owner greeted us warmly, gave us an overview (and a map!) of the neighbourhood with the best places to shop and eat. The room was impeccable, well-appointed and had all amenities one would expect plus extras. We had a lovely stay and an to come back to Crete with friends and stay at Palazzo di Pietro again. “The hotel is very old fashioned, but there is everything you need for a week or two. There is a balcony (no sea view) and the air conditioning works perfectly well. 100 m to the beach. We were in the "Duke" room which was more spacious than the "Lord" room my son rented. “We’ve just returned after a great 5 night stay. The hotel is just off the main road, near to a bakery, supermarket and around 10/15 minutes walk to the beach. “This was our favourite hotel on our European trip. Quirky and fun that the entrance is right in the middle of a restaurant, so you definitely have to follow directions to find it. The room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Balcony opens right onto the harbour for the most incredible view. We shared the room with our two teen daughters and we had loads of space with two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautifully designed, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.”

"I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay here so much! The location is perfect, just within 3 mins walking distance to the old Venetian harbour and nearby attractions. The room was modern designed and decorated. I especially loved the bathroom as the shower area was the spacious one I’ve ever seen. I must mention the FREE breakfast here, the restaurant offers a wide varieties of choices at the buffet bar, additionally, I could order other options from their a la carte menu. The food were all delectable!! I’m impressed by their staff member - Mira, i was truly impressed by her passion for work. All of the staff members here are amiable, polite and helpful. With this top-notch accommodation and service, it really value for money."
