"We had a wonderful, two day stay here. The staff were welcoming, warm, professional and caring. The entire facility is well maintained and super clean. Breakfast was wonderful - a nice assortment of choices including fresh, cooked to order eggs, a barista for fresh coffee and more. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and when I needed to bring breakfast back to the room for someone who was not feeling well - they gave me containers to bring back whatever I wanted. Only two comments - first of all the laundry detergent is very aromatic and the frarances were over-powering and somewhat disturbing. Also, the chairs in the room were okay, but not very comfortable for sitting for a long stretch of time. I would highly recommend Merom Golan - there is loads of space for kids to run around, the hotel is spaced over a large area so that it remains quiet. It's a great place to stay when touring the Golan and the Galilee. We will definitely go back again."

"Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that itās the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, itās a safe room, which means a tiny window for a huge room. Felt claustrophobic at best. We paid up "
