"Place just needs a little freshening up. Lines repainted the parking lot. furniture area in the lobby could be cleaned by the front desk. Thats usually spending time on their cell phones."

"The hotel was clean enough; however, there was a plumbing issue and the entire downstairs/lobby area reeked of sewage. Everyone was walking around with their noses covered. I understand that things like this are sometimes unpreventable, but a partial discount or refund on the stay would be appreciated for being exposed to the awful smell. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but I felt bad that she had to work under those conditions. "
