"For my first stay in Otaru, I wanted a place where I can feel the Japanese vibe in ny accommodation, and this place was perfect for that. It was expactly what I would expect if I would visit a friend's house in Japan. The dadami was interesting and once I enter the premise, I was immediately immersed in local Japanese vibe. It's slightly on the older side, however the owner is very attentive and will fix issues on the spot if notified. "ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。 無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。 一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。 "

"全体的に綺麗で家具、家電も綺麗で設備も良く清潔感もあってよかったです！ アメニティもとても充実しています。 前日になっても当日になっても、チェックインの方法とか何も連絡が来ないので本当に泊まれるのか不安でした。こちらから連絡してようやく返事が来たので残念です。 立地は通りから奥まった所にあり、家を見つけるのに時間がかかりました。 駐車場はなく、1番近いと案内されたパーキングはルタオのお客様専用と書いてあって入れられませんでした。残念です。 リビングのストーブは良かったですが、広さがあったのでその一台ではキッチン側までは温まらなくて寒かったです。"

"Very convenient location between the rain station and the main attraction street. Very cozy cute hotel. The bathroom was super small though. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and well organised, online waiting room really helped. Per my understanding parking is limited, but we did not have a car. View of the canal was nice. Onsen was pretty small, but at least not that crowded. No sauna and both baths were pretty hot. Other than that, I would stay there again. "
