「Beautiful property with excellent food and coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooftop breakfast was a nice respite from the busy town. I felt very secure staying there with security on all night. They were helpful with recommendations for sightseeing and other restaurants. I was able to leave my bags locked up for a late checkout. Transfers to and from the airport were quick and seemless. Very nice place to start your stay on Zanzibar.」

「The location is wonderful- among the labyrinth of Stone Town. The breakfast is an interesting spread of offerings and offerings of cooked foods. Our room was near the top of the lovely narrow stairs adjacent to the coffee, tea, and water station. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. O chuveiro precisa de manutenção. A família que nos recebeu foi muito simpática e prestativa, mas não é exatamente um hotel.」

「Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.」

「The room was clean and nice. Staff were helpful. Breakfast is small so not enough to leave you feeling full. Walking distance to different places to shop and eat. Private bathroom is the best option to get. No elevators, keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage or a lot of luggage. They only do checkin from 2pm to 6pm, so try to arrange a later checkin way in advance if you need to. I would stay here again. We had a nice stay.」

Besides, we had to sleep with the window open (which didn’t help with the noise either) as the smell of the room was very strong (probably a chemical for the mosquitoes). Breakfast was ok.
