"Nice beachfront view from dirty window. I got stuck/ trapped in the elevator. No one answered the phone! Don’t know how long I was stuck. Started pressing buttons and eventually door partially opened enough for me to slide out before slamming closed. I was still on 4rth floor and used stairs for remaining time even with debilitating arthritis. No one in locked front office. Key didn’t work and no dead bolt so had to leave door unlocked to get back in."

One of the restaurants never opened during my 4 days there. The mattresses in our unit were also very old and uncomfortable"
