Do Not Book this Hotel/ Apt!!!!! I booked it the day before my stay. After arriving around 4 p.m. (after taking two trains and walking through the rain) I made it to the lobby downstairs. I tried calling the owner but his phone was off. I tried messaging through the Expedia app and received no response. I waited for an hour and continued to call with no luck of reaching the owner. I called Expedia to help me contact the owner and they also couldn’t reach him, so Expedia offered to help me find another accommodation nearby since I explained I was there with my children in the rain and needed to rest as I had been traveling all day and there was no indication if this owner would even respond. I had to pay almost $200 for the new accommodation! Way more expensive than I had budgeted ,but since it was late , we had very little choice. Expedia booked a 1 bed hotel even though we were 3 people (and they knew this because our booking had this information) Expedia left it up to this hotel / apt to consider refunding me the original booking , they denied it , and now a $132 dollar hotel stay cost me $332! Do not book this apt, you’ve been warned!
