"We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property offered privacy and comfort for us. The space was enough to sleep many people and also offered a laundry facility. There is a wonderful cafe on the property operated by a very friendly woman offering a variety of tea drinks. It was definitely a local hang out. "今回北海道外回り1周旅行で滞在。お値段も安いので3泊予約。ここを中継基地にして知床・羅臼に翌日は阿寒湖・摩周湖巡りをしました。教員住宅をリフォームしたので当然古さはありますがそれなりに綺麗ですし台所には食器から調理器具まで完備、お風呂のシャワーの水圧も充分。トイレも洗浄機能付きです。観光ドライブ帰りには近所？の地元スーパーで海産物を翌日はジンギスカンと観光料金ではない適正な値段で買えてとても満足した食事も出来ました。豪華なホテルで美味しい食事や温泉を希望する方には向いてないと思いますが早起きすると静かで清々しい朝を散歩することもできます。朝食を取ってそれから200kmぐらいのドライブをして夕方には食材を買って帰りお風呂に入って夕飯、美味しいお酒も堪能できとても楽な旅となりました。a uの電波が入りにくいのですがブースターを貸してくれます。オーナーの方も優しくてとても良い思い出になりました。"

"周辺の環境が最高だった。北海道らしい畑の中の1軒やなのでとっても良かった。値段が高いのが、ちょっとマイナスポイントでしょうか。6月下旬ですが、暑かったので網戸にしたが、虫が窓の隙間からたくさん入ってしまった。台所用の調味料が少なく、買い足したものが多かった。"

"見晴らしの良い高台で素晴らしいロケーション、1棟貸切で小さな子供連れにはありがたかったです。清掃具合が気になるタイプなのですが、トイレお風呂水回りを含め部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。何と言ってもオーナーさんご夫妻がとても感じ良く、是非また泊まりたいと思う宿でした。"

"初めての一軒家民泊スタイル宿泊でした。最初チェックイン方法もわからないし、外観見てちょっとドキドキしましたが、思ってた以上にストローベイルハウスで快適に連泊させていただきました。あいにくの悪天候で予定行動は出来ない中、アウトドア感覚を室内にて十分満喫できました。水回り関係が室内には一切無く、一旦外に出てといったところは不便でしたが、室内が自分達だけのキャンプ場のような感覚で楽しめました。また旅行の際には利用したいなと思ってます。"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property offered privacy and comfort for us. The space was enough to sleep many people and also offered a laundry facility. There is a wonderful cafe on the property operated by a very friendly woman offering a variety of tea drinks. It was definitely a local hang out. There is a shrine to visit situated in the forest with fresh spring water. We recommend filling up on some of mother natures fresh nectar. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return in the next week to utilize this great property as a home base for local discovery. We highly recommend. "

Toyoko Inn Hokkaido Okhotsk Abashiri Ekimae

"If you are looking for one night hotel to stay before going to Shiretoko, this is the place! This hotel is in walkable distance to the airportliner and other coach buses. Breakfast was great as well. The only downside is that the bathroom is very small. "

Comfortable and convenient hotel

"I stayed in a 'comfort twin' room for 4 nights and really liked this hotel. The room was a good size and I had a lovely view of the mountains to the north. It's probably been a while since this hotel has been refurbished but the public areas were comfortable. There are a number of vending machines, an ice machine and you can get free hot drinks from a machine in the lobby. The staff were friendly and arranged the forwarding of my luggage with Yamato. Breakfast was a self service buffet with a reasonable selection of hot and cold dishes, including some pastries. It's the first time that I've stayed anywhere that has a machine that dispenses rice. I travelled by public transport and the hotel is very conveniently located opposite the train station and just round the corner from the bus station. On the corner opposite the hotel is a seicomart (Hokkaido chain of combini like 7Eleven and Lawsons). I'd very happily stay here again if I return to Shari."
