“Front desk staff were nice and professional, but good things about the hotel stopped there. 1. Toilet has strong foul smell from the drainage. 2. Bed was too hard to sleep on. 3. “The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. “Reserved room was not ready when arrived so was given a different room after delay. They provided only one towel per person and will not provide more unless you pay for it.
