Really enjoying my stay at this hotel. The beach is private and absolutely beautiful—clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The whole place is very well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything. Big shoutout to the animation team, they bring so much energy and make the atmosphere really fun and lively. There's a great vibe around the hotel.

Great family destination

My family spent a week from the UK we had an amazing time. The staff were extremely helpful polite and friendly. The staff who cleaned our room Islam was very nice too. The environment was really clean and recycling bins available. I know we are definitely going back.

Upon entering our room the first day we realised that the patio door would not lock?! Was reported it and then repaired instantly

I like the quietness. I was there on my own for a mini break and I felt safe. The staff were attentive. Just one little moan I was having my last lunch before leaving and a member of staff came to me asking me to come to the front and pay for a late check out. I found this unnecessary and felt a little embarrassed especially as I had asked about paying at the reception the night before and was told to just pay when I was leaving.

I have to say the place was amazing lovely and relaxing I was in room 1354 the cleaner Ahmed was amazing very friendly and professional He was making a different designs on bed every day he is a such a nice man Also a big 5 stars for the waiters in the main restaurant they were super friendly always smiling and very welcoming Thanks to everyone in this hotel I will definitely go back Oh also the food was very nice a loads of choices Well done guys The only negative point I have was the wifi it was bad and no wifi in the room just around the reception But that was not the end of the world

Worth Every Penny Rating: ★★★★★ Jaz Belvedere completely restored my faith in what a resort can be. From the moment I arrived, everything just *worked*—smooth check-in, clean and modern room, perfect A/C, and a view that reminded me why I came to Sharm in the first place. The food was far better than expected for an all-inclusive. Real variety, actual flavor, and enough rotation to keep things interesting all week. Even the coffee and desserts were decent, which is rare at resorts. The beach? Spotless, quiet, and well-staffed. The Red Sea here is stunning, and there’s easy access to snorkeling right off the shore. No chaos, no garbage, no nonsense. Just peace. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly stable—even in my room—which made it possible to check in on work when needed. The staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful without being overbearing. You could tell the entire operation was run with pride and attention to detail. **Bottom line:** If you’re tired of overpriced “5-star” resorts that deliver 3-star service, come to Jaz Belvedere. It’s clean, calm, well-managed, and actually delivers on what it promises. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice hotel but staff need training and wifi update

The hotel is really well maintained, the place is clean and the facility up to good standards. Very good entertainment team, housekeeping and some of the restaurant staff were also good. Food was ok but nothing special (having been a chef in the past, I could tell how most of the food was recycled from one service to the next). The negative side, rudeness and total lack of standards from the Bar staff at the beach, drinks are very basic, front desk staff don't seems to care/or are unable to handle any situation outside the normal routine of check in/out, WIFI is useless, it is available only in the lobby and this also almost never work, staff is aware the problem has been going on for long time but nothing is being done to fix it.
