A lovely hotel, room was clean and spacious we had the superior room. Cleaned daily. Staff work very hard and will do anything to help. Been to this hotel a few times and me and my family love it here. There is so much variety for food and the chefs are there to talk to guests and help them with their needs. A great hotel.

不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty, the sheets did not seem clean, and there were bugs in the room. The entire place had a horrible smell that made it very uncomfortable to even be there. The food was also terrible and did not seem fresh or appetizing. The conditions were so bad that I decided not to stay at the hotel at all. Despite that, they refused to give me a refund. The staff was also very unhelpful and handled the situation poorly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness, food, smell, customer service, and overall experience were completely unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
