“A couple of the surfaces were not clean but mostly a clean comfy space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.The stairs are not for the faint of heart. A nice cozy place to stay once the luggage and groceries are up there.”

“We stayed at this Vrbo on a cold winter day. Out our window was a beautiful sight: a snow laden forest with a winding brook. The bed was firm, the way we like it, and the heating system was noiseless keeping us toasty all night. There were cooking utensils, a small fridge, an induction hot plate, a microwave and a toaster which was all we needed for our cooking needs. When we arrived after a long drive I made myself a hot tea and relaxed on the big comfortable couch.I highly recommend this……

“I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.”

“The stay was great! The listing is very accurate to what the property is, so we very much enjoyed staying in the newly renovated barn. We loved the location, which felt very out-of-the-way but was also only twenty minutes from town. Seeing all of the farm animals and the very friendly barn cat was a plus!”

“Nice place close to the track but should be cleaner and bug free. Lots of spiders everywhere when we arrived. Owner apologized but as they say you only get one chance at a good impression. While the outside appearance did not adversely affect our stay, I would strongly suggest to the owner to power wash the house especially the area at the guest entrance. It could look brand new and appealing with minimal effort versus spider webs, bugs, dirt and mold on the exterior of the house. Needs an AC……

“The home is welcoming, so cute and charming. There are 3 sleeping areas with beds. We had 6 for a mother/daughter trip. The home is located within walking distance of serveral restaurants! Fabulous location. We were able to visit a local winery - Millbrook and take a tour of Elk Ravine Farm, and eat breakfast at the Hangar! Amazing trip and would not have been the same without this wonderful stay! Thank you Tanya!”
