"I will not stay at this hotel again. When I arrived the garbage can at the front door was over flowing and all over the ground around it. This should have been a warning to me about the place. The room needed a vacuum taken to it, the pictures hanging on the walls had not been cleaned in a long time. The bed was clean at least. Don't plan on sleeping in around this place, the walls are thin and they gather in the hallway and carry on conversations early in the morning."

"The room smelled cleaned and the linens looked clean however behind the toilet was very dirty with a film of hair. The couch in the room looked very dirty and stained. The outside of the property looked ok. "

"Room was clean. Parking was shady because of the storage containers, assuming it's from the ongoing construction. Breakfast on the morning of checkout was available and warm, family friends who checked in 2 days prior , said the breakfast the day before was cold and "nonexistent" due to kitchen staff emergency. Guest have to walk through area under renovation/ construction, which presents a safety issue. Unfortunately pool not available due to ongoing construction but no notifications seen online; on check- in we were informed , " it was on our site". It was not on Hilton Honors nor on Hotels.com. "

"Property was clean and staff was friendly. Room was dated, but clean, and the breakfast was decent. Only stayed for one night so it was ok. Bed was pretty comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The bathroom was just dated and needs a makeover but overall, the hotel itself was fine. It does face a fairly busy street but the noise at night was pretty minimal. I would suggest requesting a room away from the road if you are a light sleeper. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within 15 minutes."

"The staff was non existant! The night person left her shift early, the overnight staff member showed up 16 minutes late. Did not approach the desk went to a back room for almost another 10 minutes. Meanwhile my tub had standing water, no hot water and no way of turning the tv off without unplugging it becuase there was no remote in the room. The staff member that left immediately after checking me in left many people sitting at a bar and about 15 or more people in the lobby. The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately not staffed properly and some small issues that cannot fix themselves. The front desk in the am was kind an apologetic but saud she could not help me with payment that i would have to reach out to expedia and that she would also."

"Room was absolutely horrible, no coffee maker and dried dog poop on the floor, the place smelled ransid and dirty. Would not suggest staying. I did not even want to take a shower there because I felt gross and did not think that the shower would get me clean enough. Went to a planent fitness to take a shower when I left and only spent one day there. Ewwww stay way "

"The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They consistently made sure we had fresh towels and clean bed linens, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also reliable each morning, and the air conditioning unit handled the unpredictable Midwest weather surprisingly well. The standout feature of this hotel was definitely the staff. Every interaction we had was professional, prompt, and positive. They created a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our extended stay much more comfortable. The only issue we had was with the pool. We specifically booked this hotel because the amenities listed included a pool, but during our nearly 3-week stay, it was unavailable the entire time. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly stated when the pool is open and operational, or temporarily removed it from the amenities list until guests are actually able to use it."
