The staff was very friendly and helpful, both the person at the front desk in the evening when I checked in (Cedrick) and the person at the front desk(Justin) when I checked out. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was spotless with a generous sink/counter area. The breakfast buffet was included and was a cut above most other hotel breakfast buffets I have been at. Well laid out hotel floor plan. Plenty of parking. No complaints and I will be staying there again.

Breakfast is continental and was good. Hotel has convenient free parking. Hotel is not too far from Parc de la Mauritie and at the same time is located in a town where you can find whatever you need. Reception staff was very welcoming. The only negative point was the terrible noise of the AC. Fortunately we did not have to use it during our stay. For noise sensitive people like me this is a point that matters. I guess the hotel would be perfect if this last point was fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a last minute option and turned out perfect. The fridge in the room was a lifesaver. Staff was super friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast bar options.

It was quiet and peaceful, the rooms had very very nice soundproofing, as my sister was very loud and my father in the hallway apparently heard nothing at all. Staff was very nice and helpful! Quite a small town, would recommend going if you have a chance, you can see the small town of shawinigan

The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure was amazing and the toiletries provided smelled great. The breakfast which was included had a great variety of products. The only negative to my stay is that one of the drawers on the dresser kept opening on it's own leading to a nice bruise on my leg due to me walking into it during the night.

There was some sports teams... They were knocking on doors and talking loud in the hallways at 6:30 am... It snowed over night alot the plow truck just clean the middle of the parking lot pushing all the snow put big snow piles in front or behind are cars... The staff were helpful and awesome at helping remove snow and help push us out... But when you have a 10 hrs drive a head of you, and have to shovel and push cars get all wet and sweaty and tired before you start the drive it'sa not fun!
