“Perfect accommodations…owners thought of everything…very well appointed…there’s no AC and we were there when the weather was in the 90’s….awesome skylights keep the air moving great! Beautiful views Would definitely stay here again. Centrally located so we could spend a day in Boulder and the Flat rocks…. another day touring Pikes Peak and Seven Falls.Thanks for a great trip”

“Beautiful, updated rustic cabin. Penny's cabin is absolutely wonderful. It is set in a private, quiet spot that you take a beautiful little drive to get to. It is by far the cleanest most well stocked kitchen we have stayed in while renting out. We highly recommend!”

“This is a beautiful home that was perfect for our yearly trip with friends! There were 10 of us (5 couples) and we had plenty of room for hanging out together inside and out and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and we greatly appreciated having plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels on hand. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Future renters should know that there was a recent change in local permits which means there is no longer……

“Communication was great regarding how to get into the cabin and the information I received or if I needed anything. The cabin was perfect from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Loved that they had card games and puzzles for the family to play. It's great to spend time with each other, but then being on electronics can be a distraction. “The shortest review would be, rent this place! I travel a lot and this is one of the rarest true 5 star places I have ever stayed. This place was definitely designed with luxury and intention in every way. The views are spectacular and no picture can do it justice. The road up to the house really added charm. The owners were very responsive. There wasn't a real need to reach out to them but we had some simple questions concerning kitchen appliances because of a flight delay. The owners responded……
