「Place was clean, but in a medical facility kind of way. Also, woke up to no hot water. Front desk acknowledged no hot water in the kitchen either. Another said it must be that everyone was using hot water at once. I asked if showers by guests at 7:00 am on a weekday was not something they expected. 「If you just need a place to sleep and shower, the room is nice and clean with great hot/cold shower. The mini fridge and tv are working properly. The great thing we loved is the accessibility to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 」

I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. 「Wiped out after being in the hospital all day, the staff was great at making check out fast, convenient and coffee in the lobby was perfect! Room was everything we wanted, clean, spacious and the bed was heaven. Breakfast leaves nothing to want. Huge selection and the kitchen staff kept it clean and full the entire time.」
