「We really enjoyed our stay. Very modern facility. Very clean, and the staff were really nice. Will definitely stay again.」

「The hotel is starting to show its age, but nothing major. Our room and bathroom/shower was huge. It was very quiet and you couldn’t hear the casino. Only two complaints were that it took forever to check in (only two agents working) and when we went into our room, the toilet had toilet paper in it (unflushed).」

「The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was included and was expected, with several options available. The property was well kept. The room was starting to be in need of a minor refresh, with some marks on the walls. Blackout curtains did not provide a full blackout unfortunately. We had a western exposure so the sun was shining directly into the room until sunset. Travelling with a toddler, it was a bit challenging. But lesson learned for next...

「First day of Breakfast. No toaster available and ran out of hot water for tea/coffee.It is a huge hotel and 3 story yet only one washer and two dryer. It’s free laundry but someone before us did not even bother to check his laundry at past 930 pm and we waited 15 mins before we complain but staff says they can’t do something about it as they had no idea which room is doing laundry. The following morning and it’s our last day, there was a fire alarm at 0630ish. Saw people with small kids...

「This was my third stay at this property in the last 12 months or so. Check in was a breeze. I was greeted with a smile and she was very efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the curtains did not completely close due to the location of the heat pump/ air conditioner. The bathroom did not work. I requested a late check out. 11:30 was offered to me at no cost.
