"Small café on site which has a very limited menu. Breakfast menu at café is a little high for the amount of food you get room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Very friendly would recommend getting a room in the new wing rather than the old wing. Beware there is a large amount of black bears that pretty much roam all over the town. Be sure to not leave any food in your car and checking in and to lock your doors because the bears can open the doors of cars some have even smashed open the sunroof of a car to get in for food be advised"

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and we had a decent view of the Skypark bridge. The only real issue was if you are a smoker the designated areas are horrible. The one where we didn't have to set on a rock on the corner, was a service dock/garage type area. We were kind of cornered there by a bear two or three times when they snuck up on us. The bears do like it around the hotels in the area, (would see at least one a couple times a day up close) but never caused us any problems. Just do like they say and don't leave ANY food in your car or laying around. Don't mess with them and they pretty much ignored us. My wife thinks there should be an outside pool too, but the hot tub out back was nice."

"The building and the bedroom were fine. The refrigerator did not work. The water pressure was extremely low in the bathroom. The shower did not have enough pressure to change over from the tub. All the concerns are fixable, and we would be happy to stay at your establishment again. We would recommend your business to family and friends."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Very close to the main shopping strip area. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Marsha was very helpful during my stay. The negatives that I read are true. Slow elevators, and the parking area has narrow spots. That wasn’t a big deal. The beds are fair and I brought my own pillow. The pool area and jacuzzi are so relaxing and amazing. I didn’t use the gym but it did look small. I would stay here again. It was affordable and nice stay overall."
