“There was only one washer and one out of balance dryer for the entire complex. There was no ice machine but they would give you ice if you asked at the office (very inconvenient) I presume from their own freezer. When I got to the room, there was just a little bit of toilet paper left on the roll, and no spare rolls. The floor had water damage and was beginning to peel up in spots. The water was really high (good), but it took a long time to get warm/hot water to the faucets.”

“As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little.……
