“Great host. Excellent communication. Clean house with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, lots of space. The internet was good, and we appreciated being so close to the school. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only downside was that we like to watch tv in bed before we go to sleep and neither bedroom had a tv in it. Good tv in the living room. ”

“The property was just as the pictures showed and more! What an amazingly unique VRBO experience! Perfect setup for our family and college boys, with pullout couches and multiple tv’s to watch all the football games. Drake was an extremely attentive host and was quick to answer our questions/concerns. We have family that lives in town and we will definitely be retuning to the BIN for our future stays in Charleston!!!”

“Gorgeous, clean home right on the lake. Located at the inlet with lots of privacy, perfect for our escape from busy city life. Hosts were prompt to reply when we had a question about the thermostat. Loved the attention to detail in the decor! We spent most of our time outside taking in the changing colors, and enjoying a bonfire at twilight. Smart TV was perfect for day 2 when it rained. Would definitely visit again!”
