After a long day of traveling, the person working the front desk was very pleasant during the check in process. The room had a pretty comfy bed and a nice shower. A mini fridge in the room was also a bonus.

The bed was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was disappointing. We got the same room for both stays. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls. The flooring was coming apart. It was really humid and muggy in the room. The gap between the bed and the wall was really narrow and hard to walk through to get into bed.

When you walked into the room, it stunk terrible. One bed was great one was hard. The air conditioner running took some of the smell away but it still stunk by the second bed. The curtains didn't keep eyes out of the room.

The staff was ready to greet me when I arrived, and quickly identified that a first floor room would better meet my needs. The change was made at their suggestion quickly. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

It was clean and neat. The rooms had a single air conditioner in the wall by the restroom so had to have it on high fan and temperature low to cool the room. Needs a grab bar by the bathtub ease getting in and out——bigger shower head not much water pressure. No real amenities but a snack and pop machine would be nice. The TV screen only put the picture on 1/2 of the screen could not get it to change. These are very minor issues for the price it was great however I need to mention that the price on my phone app did not match what I was charged but it was still a good price!!
