"Everything is great. I did wish the breakfast was a little bit later however no complaints."

"Arrived at 2:50 no one at desk. Finally someone yells “what do you need from inside a dark office behind the desk. We replied “To check in.” Woman comes out (she is very unprofessional dressed) and tells us rooms haven’t been released and to take a seat she will tell us when they have been released at about 3:00. Another employee comes in and starts getting her work area ready. Man comes in and she checks him in. Another couple arrives and is checked in as well as another man is checked in. I approached the desk as the first woman comes back out of the office and ask her why we are still waiting as she was to let us know when the rooms were released and that others were already checked in. She said it wasn’t her fault we hadn’t gotten in the line. We told her we were waiting patiently for her and she just shrugged. Very unconcerned about the poor customer service. Second woman then checks us in, but makes no comment about “sorry we weren’t waited on” or even a “thanks for waiting.” All in all, customer service was very poor. "

"Initially when I arrived early the woman at the desk was not friendly. I just wanted to sit in the lobby and send an email. However, when I came back later to check in and the balance of my stay the other two ladies, Ashley & the lady with light color braids (sorry didn't get her name) were very nice and helpful. Ashley remembered I was a previous guest there for a golf tournament."

"Propery needs serious room upgrades. Furniture old, worn, couches stained and drooping. Pool out of service this stay and before on my stay here few months prior. Checkout staff curt and uninterested in my stay. Checkout at 12 but breakfast shuts down by 9:30. Barely a 2 star hotel. Needs some serious attention in a lot of areas. Price for stay is competitive, but much better hotels in the area for only a few more bucks. Go elsewhere........"

"This place was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. We were in town for a wedding. The beautiful wedding venue was so close we could have walked. I would stay here again and again. Also, the host was great and responded to all my questions quickly."
