This Shelter Island house was recently fully renovated and feels brand new. Located in quiet Silver Beach area, this upside down house is right across from the water and boasts stunning views. Front porch and large back porch with dining area and grill make this residence the perfect summer hang out. Crab Creek beach is just a block away so no parking needed with this proximity. This 4 bedroom includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and one 1 bunk bed, Three bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The fabulous property also offers amenities like a washing machine, AC, heating, iron, hair dryer, and WiFi. Relax in this perfect retreat and make unforgettable memories. Wonderful weekend and wonderful home!

We had such a magical long weekend at Elle’s home in Shelter Island. The house is prettier and more spacious than the photos. The open plan living room, kitchen, dining area is spacious and airy and goes straight out to a lovely deck with beautiful water views. There’s plenty of room and bedrooms are all great. It’s such a lovely, quiet, peaceful home and in a really quiet area of Shelter Island. The walk to Shell Beach is awesome. And there is beach access a few minutes walk from the house. Elle was also super responsive and helpful during our stay. We would love to come back!
