“We had a family reunion, and really liked the quiet “compound” feel of the place. Outdoor space is nice! There is one large and one small bedroom on the main floor — but home is older and stairs are steep. Attic “loft” would be great for kids but tight fit for adults. Additional privacy in cottage— is a plus. Unit is very well kept — and hosts are responsive.”

“I stayed for 6 days to visit friends and relax. The space is very large for 1 person and can easily accommodate more. No noise from downstairs at all. Very close to dining and shopping.There are a couple of windows in each room without curtains. If you are light sensitive, especially in the summer, you may want to bring an eye mask.The window air conditioners in each bedroom are excellent. You can set a temperature and set it to auto. There is also a great breeze if it isn't super hot Would……

“Large, airy, and very clean space perfect for me to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and do some reading. Very quiet, and I did meet and speak with the downstairs resident and enjoyed that aspect of the stay. Thank you for a terrific stay in a very nice area of Tacoma.”

“This place is by far the very BEST! It is very clean, has so much color, very comfortable, has BIG rooms, and is a hidden gem! It is very spacious, and each room has so much to offer! The property manager is very quick to respond and is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. It is also located in a quiet area! The backyard is an oasis full of treasures.
