"I didn’t like that the bellboy never give us the right information, we ask for a 24 hours massage, and twice we gave home the name but he sent us to a location that he is working with I guess, but other than that everything was excellent"

"Room was nice good view and spacious but very damp all the towels felt cold, damp and wet. Breakfast selection was small and food mostly cold and u appetizing and the club room was unimpressed and not worth the money. Gym was relocated due to renovation and not very practical. Staff was ok. Will not stay here again. "

"We are impressed by this hotel that is well run by very young group of operation staffs. Not only the convenience of the great location, this is hotel is the best among all those we have stayed while we were in China. Breakfast is great with very good spread, good enough to even to skip lunch and afternoon break. Room was very well cleaned everytime we were back from outings. Thanks to the chamber maids. We will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel if we ever come to Shenzhen again."

"All in all a good stay in Hilton, lovely room and staff were great. The rainforest shower head is amazing! I think your dry cleaning policy is horrendous - near $120 Aud for 6 t shirts, one shorts and 3 underwear Shirts weren’t even ironed properly.. I pay less when I stay at Hilton in Sydney Australia"
