“Was given a handicapped room with a strange bathroom setup and a shower head that had to be handheld. The room smelled awful when we first walking in, and upon close inspection you could see that nothing was properly cleaned. The breakfast was horrible and it was the first time at any property that I worried about food sanitation. The milk used for the cereal was sitting out the whole time during breakfast hours without even sitting in ice. The staff were all dressed in shorts which seemed very……

“Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger.”

“We stopped in Billings on a road trip, and the reason I stayed here is because the waterpark was supposedly included in the stay. There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! That was really frustrating for me, because I felt I was tricked. The hotel was good, breakfast was pretty good, but I hoped it would have bacon. “The rooms have standup showers, the beds are soft and the pillows feather. The TV are set up for streaming, the nightstands have USB charging ports and the blackout blinds actually work 100%. The gym is 24hrs and the sound proofing is great. The staff are friendly, fast and funny. This hotel is a Millennials paradise. I never really find the continental breakfasts to be great, so the fact that this one has breakfast on demand (for a price) is actually an improvement. We will be using……

“Awful hotel experience! Had to fight to get the typ of room we booked. 1st one smelled like smoke and was filthy. 2nd one was better, but still had many things wrong. Cant use the water slide unless you pay extra money even though that's not how it's advertised. Worst hotel experince ever, couldn't wait to leave! Will never stay again! My advice, run!”
