「Fantastic place to stay! Great room, wonderful host. Breakfast was great, just right to set you up for the day. This was our 2nd stay and hopefully we'll return again next year. Can't fault at all .」

「No staff available at breakfast, no milk left in the fridge for cereals or Tea and coffee. Continental breakfast was a poor looking Pain au chocolat pre sealed. Bed was comfy though.」

「Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms. Food is delicious . Best of all was the lady hotel manager who sorted an early breakfast for us and upgraded our room. 」

「Really nice staff, bar/lounge area and rooms. Ideal for a night or 2 if you are visiting the local area for sight seeing etc. Shepton mallet high street is about 10-15 minute walk away although it is uphill. Taxis where hard to get although could have just been the time of day on the weekend.」

「Lovely old pub to stay at. Plenty of parking. We were there Sunday night and they have limited menu for food (roasts, fish and chips or a burger) but what we had was really good. Shout out to Jill who seemed to be every where. Dealing with check in, serving behind the bar, taking orders at the table and delivering food to tables!!! Amazing!! And to top it off a really good breakfast to see you off. Highly recommended」
