The hot tub wasn’t working. There was water damage on the walls in the bathroom. The bathtub water spout was loose and leaking. I had to adjust the toilet stopper chain to keep the toilet from constantly running. Light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom and hallways. Stains on the bed duvet. Wallpaper was falling off the walls in the pool area. Hotel staff had written directions on how to use the room heat with a permanent marker on the wall equipment. All of these things could be repaired and better maintained if there were better inspection and standards by the hotel owners and leadership. This is a newer hotel and it shows that the ownership and leadership is subpar at maintaining a high quality hotel. I don’t expect this hotel will maintain the Comfort Inn quality requirements for long if it doesn’t get better. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it gets better.
