「No water pressure. Room was dirty when I arrived and was never cleaned. They took away the dirty face cloths and didn’t replace them. Won’t stay again.」

「I have stayed at the Blackforest cabins four times now and every time we have a very clean positive experience. There has been great communication and easy instructions for checking in and checking out. I wish they had deals for reoccurring customers because it is pretty expensive to stay even for one night.」

「For what I paid for 1 night stay, I would say that this hotel is very poor value. While I loved the coffee options at the breakfast bar, the breakfast offered here is pathetic. Zero protein options…not even cold hard boiled eggs. I had to go for a decent breakfast elsewhere.
Staff were great. Location and parking are great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. It did the job, expensively.」
