“My family of 4 stayed 3 nights. Everything was excellent. The location was perfect. Plenty of amenities. Loved the shower and heated floors/toilets. The only reason check in wasn't ranked #5 was the need to use an app to open the front door initially. If my phone had better data service or I had the wifi password for the house beforehand I imagine there wouldn't have been a delay in getting inside the house. We would definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it for families.”

“Very small, very steep stairway. Okay position. Near Opera; one stop from Shinjuku Station; only one sink i.e. the kitchen, washing machine but no dryer. Had a decibel metre in the house checking for noise. All manageable but then got a note to say that we had 'stained' the pillow case. Got sent pictures and a bill for extra cleaning. As far as I can tell, it was some mascara off my make-up which should come out in a wash and, given they're white sheets, a bleach. Thank heavens we hadn't……

“I was traveling with my three teenage daughters. Spent 6 nights here at the end of a three week trip. There are four bedrooms, each with their own AC control. The kitchen/living area was great to hang out together, but everyone also had their own space to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet but really close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The owner was super responsive. Great experience ”

“This is a very clean and comfortable home. Two twin beds in two rooms. One of the rooms is a bit tight with the beds. The twin beds are nestled next to each other. Full kitchen with a small fridge like from a hotel. But there is a very cool table in the living room that has two large drawers and is a fridge. Better than the kitchen. Holds lots of food. about a 7 minute walk to the train stations. 18 min walk to shibuya. 3 minute walk to grocery store. They supply slippers and umbrellas. A few……

“This place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is located near a main transportation hub so you can easily make it to anywhere in the city. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. It’s three stories with steps so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems. It was great for us though, the two granddads took the top floor while the three teenagers had the bottom, with the kitchen - living room area separating us. The owner was nice and communication was……
