"I love how clean and nice the hotel is rooms are very spacious with a whole kitchwn and a nice living room. The staff best staff ever everyone was super nice love the bartender and also love cassandra and another front desk guy cant remember his name bjt he was super nice he was there on the dates of our stay September 5th and 6th 2025 "

"Planned a little getaway for my family. My main concern was if the pool would be clean on a Tuesday? I was booking midweek. This was the only property that told us it would be clean for us to use. After confirming with the owners I decided to book. Once we arrived the pool was my first concern, so I had to check it out immediately. Upon approaching I realized it was dirty, mucky, and filled with bugs. I contacted the owner and within a couple hours, a pool man knocked on the door and told us they had reached out to come check out the pool. Even the pool man agreed it was not clean, so he took care of it. He ensured after a couple hours we will be able to use the pool. Thankful he got it cleaned or else I would have been let down. I would not have let anyone swim in that pool in that condition. So I am thankful they took care of it. Also happy my dog was able to join us. Pet friendly! Yay!Next the sink in the kitchen had a foul odor like it had rotting food, so we had to clean that up as well. Some dish soap and hot water did the trick. FYI bring your own paper towels and trash bags, although the trash can had one bag including bathrooms and kitchen with one roll(lots of TP) we went to the local market to buy extra so be prepared! Zero bag refills. Buy ice as well. The fridge is outdated, you cant trust that ice. Also A/C doesn’t get cold in the house, stays at 75. All in all it was nice swimming with the family for a few days. Quiet neighborhood too. "

"The house and location are good. Beware of the false advertising. You get no access to the garage. There is a second Casita in your driveway that could be rented by other people while you’re there. The pool is freezing cold, and they only tell you once you check in that it’s $150 per day to heat it. The only way to get the hot tub turned on and off is to call the property manager and have them do it remotely. It took about three hours to get it up to temp on the first car. The house itself is great other than a few weird things. No wastebasket in any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. No manual on how to use the TV or any of the appliance. We waited like 15 minutes on the line with the property manager to try and figure out how to turn on the electric cooktop, but fortunately found a video on YouTube eventually. The outdoor barbecue is in poor condition, and was not strong enough to work well on a windy night, which is common there. The communication with the property manager was excellent, but you really shouldn’t have to contact them so much. They leave a really nice welcome package with some swag, and things to get you through a few days. Not sure if I would stay there again in hot weather, because the pool situation Is such an impact on the pricing?"
