“Schönes, modernes Hotel in Flughafennähe, perfekt für die erste oder letzte Nacht vor/nach dem Flug. Außen ein schöner Pool mit Liegebereichen, Poolbar, Kinderspielplatz - alles was man für ein paar entspannte Stunden mit Kindern braucht. Was es von einer Top-Bewertung trennt: Das Personal und dessen Qualifikation bzw. Motivation. Es begann an der Rezeption: Reservierung nicht gefunden ("und übrigens wir sind ausgebucht"). Nach längerer Diskussion dann doch gefunden (unter falschem Namen……

“The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort……

“The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. It was disappointing that the spa was not open during our stay. While the staff were helpful, a more welcoming and friendly approach-such as smiling by some of the staff would have enhanced the whole experience.”

“Everything was fine, not perfect but good. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of noise I heard while sleeping from bothering the road closeby and also some other guests, so I would say it's quit noisy but overal, especially with the place, view and nice staff, I would say it's worthit”

“Wonderful ambiance, many birds, roses, fantastic pool and the restaurant's chocolate souffle was out of this world!!! Lovely wood furniture room, big high quality tiles bathroom. Good value . Only bummer was upon checkout woman gave me an earful when I couldn't locate card key which I thought was somewhere in room. She was mean, said I didn't follow the rules. I've never experienced such a caustic attitude from a hotel employee!”
