「Four nights stay in Shin Okubo with two grown daughters and this place and the owner screwed our expectations. As we arrived the unit, the place was spotless we had zero issues accessing thanks to Sean's meticulous communications leading up to our stay. The locations is also the selling point for this place. less than the the five min walk from Shin Okubo Yamnote line station which ch is super convenient as a base to track to any of the main attractions in Tokyo. We'll definitely stay here...

「Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us.」

「This was a good location and it was nice that it slept all six of us, but it was quite a bit smaller than the pictures make it appear. It was also more dated than the pictures look. There is also a lot of street noise at night if you are a light sleeper.」

「El departamento es bonito, funcional y está en una zona agradable, no muy lejos de las estaciones de metro. En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo...

「레오의 숙소는 3일동안 우리의 도쿄집이었습니다- 주변에 24시간 영업하는 큰 마트 2개와 편의점 2개, 약국, 여러 식당이 있습니다~ 숙소는 4인가족이 머무르기에 충분했으며 침실과 생활공간이 분리돼 좋았습니다! 주방을 활용해 육류요리가 가능했으며 테이블도 아주 넓었습니다. 욕조 프로젝터 스카이트리까지 보이는 옥상공간까시 아주 잘 활용했습니다~ 도쿄 시내 접근성도 좋았고 디즈니랜드도 잘 다녀왔습니다. 유일한 단점은 기찻길과 가까워 소음이 있다는건데 저희 아들은 기차를 볼 수 있다며 오히려좋아했습니다:) 다시 도쿄를 오게 된다면 제1순위로 고려할 숙소임이 확실합니디!」

「Really enjoyed my stay here. This spot is a small 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area that is just rented out as a vacation rental, so I didn’t feel like I was in someone’s home using their personal things. I was here for the Tokyo Marathon, so I appreciated how quiet the area was. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the busting city, this might not be your jam, but it was perfect for what I needed in this particular stay. I would stay here again for sure.」
