“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very easy access to train and bus stations. Easy for Uber and taxis to find. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. About 20 minutes by train to most major Tokyo attractions. Tanuki is a great host. Checks to see you are OK via text. The home has all conveniences that are simple to use. “Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! ”

“Our group loved our stay here! It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busier Tokyo Areas. The house is conveniently only 2 minutes away from a 7/11 and FamilyMart, and 8 minutes away from the train station. While being on the smaller side, the property is still well-kept, and cozy. The owner communicated well through emails, but some instructions were harder to decipher as an English speaker. Overall, a great stay!”

“This property was perfect for my family's whirlwind tour of Tokyo.It is in a very residential neighborhood with lots of single-family houses. It is a very quite a relaxing area that is wonderful to return to after a busy day visiting the crowded areas of Tokyo. It is a short walk to a number of train stations and has small grocery shops just steps away. It's at the end of a charming 'shopping street' called 'Shimofuri' that has lots of cute shops. We recommend Bakery Nao (cash only)The property……

“とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。”

“We had great communication given to us before we even arrived at the property. The house was in a great location and all the amenities that we needed were available. He would definitely stay there again.”

“My 25 year old daughter and I stayed for nine days and really enjoyed the whole experience. The house was clean and well set up. The location was amazing with access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and Ikeburo Station just minutes away. Min was a great host and responded quickly to all our questions. “We recently stayed a few nights while we explored Tokyo as a family. The home is located a bit away from Tokyo station, but it is pretty close to skytree and Asakusa. It’s located in an a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The checkin process was very precise and instructions were helpful in finding the home. Very clean, has everything we needed. WiFi easy to use. We would definitely recommend, and we’d stay here again. ”
