Very secluded property, away from the pollution and noise of the city. Perfect for a quiet vacation. Beautifully nestled in a green valley, lots of flowers, trees and birds. That being said, the food quality could do with significant improvement. Thr vegetarian/vegan options are decent, but the meat dishes fall far short of expectations.

Peaceful stay and enjoyed every bit of it

Stay was quite nice ,as their new block was spick & span . Rooms were well lit - in day plenty of sunlight and in night it was having well lit downlight & equipped with all amenities needed during winter . Balcony was perfect for sit-outs, especially in winters. Very courteous staff and managers. Room service was quite prompt . Well designated restaurant , bar and spacious lawn to hang out with beautiful view. They also have nice villas and cottages for big family .Thankfully they have wheel chair support for our aged parents for their movement .Thank you for making our stay beautiful .

A third class hotel with third class service, as we stayed for one day and we paid online then also they charged me for early chk in with excess amount even when we told clearly that we will not pay then also receptionist given keys to us and told not to pay. I will ever suggest to everyone specially for couples that not to go on this place ever. Ever there hotels GM is telling us to pay and talking with non professional way. When we denied and told them to call police station then he told to bring his receptionist. You can understand from this things that they will force you to stay and then they will charge you more for same. This is a humble request to all peoples not to go there for any stay.

property was nice but the room services were pathetic. We ordered dinner and the the room service delivered few items missing, on being questioned , we were told that you never ordered these items. When we asked them to go through their record , they sent the food to us but didn’t gave any bowl , reason being the room services hours are over. None of them though how would we eat our dinner then ???

This property is located 1 hour from Shimla city so be prepared to travel. Location is very beautiful, I had stayed in the hut area. Staff is courteous. They didn't have any amenities or spa while my stay in first week of May as the concerned staff was on leave so to say. And the food is just average. So, if you're a view and feel based traveller then this is the place. Come and relax, travel a few hours and chill at the hotel. Cheers!
