"The hotel parking was difficult to find, ended up parking in a city lot that cost a bit extra. It’s located on a busy road, so it lacks a proper arrival area. It’s close to restaurants and the main area of Kushiro. I thought the room was comfortable and the free breakfast decent."

It has 2 massage chairs and with gorgeous 13th floor roof-top views. The staff are always trying the provide best possible service to us. We can feel the difference when we are staying at Dormy Inn. "The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English. The only good things of the hotel are exterior view and food. "
