"床に髪の毛が落ちていて、とても自分たちのものとは思えなかったです。ただ部屋の広さや静かさ、大浴場(きれいさも含めて)には大満足。スタッフさんの対応もスマートながら丁寧さに欠けることなく感じが良かったです。部屋の洗面台が欠けていたり、トイレが狭かったり、水の流れが悪かったのは残念でした。"

"Superb room, fantastic food and service. Great Onsens. Very friendly and helpful staff especially in the car park and restaurant. Highly recommend to anybody and we hope to return soon. The food service was exceptional."
