Shimojo Cosmos Hot Spring

All good, just old building, but overall nice place

The staff was very friendly, they can speak english fluently so there was no issues with communication. Was checked in and shown around the hostel by May, who was very kind and helpful. The area this hostel is located in is also very nice. Perfect location if you’re planning on doing paragliding with sky-asagiri, bus station only 2 mins away!!

If driving, be aware that many of the streets next to the hotel are one-ways and that the hotel parking lot fills up quick. There is a paid parking lot directly behind the hotel parking lot, but the hotel did not reimburse me or catch that expense. They did issue a voucher coupon to use at the paid parking kiosk, but it still required payment.
