"We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. We will miss this property!"

"The staff were fantastic . Within a few minutes your questions would be answered. The room was clean and in a good neighborhood. I found a few more things could have been added to the kitchen like mugs for hot beverages, a small pot to mane boil something to eat and a simple salt and pepper shaker would have been nice. ( not an absolute necessity but would have been convenient). Big issue for me was the size of bathroom. Beware! "
