The property was located close to a Walmart and Safeway for groceries, which is ideal for those not familiar with Carmichael. “The unit had not been cleaned prior to our visit and did not match the photos. We arrived at 1am due to a delayed flight to find this place looked nothing like the pictures. The main light was missing the light cover. The secondary light would not stay on due to a short. The bathroom had a single squirt of soap left. The rug was missing in the main room.
