「It is suitable for short trip travellers without big suitcases. As mentioned in others comments, there is only stairs for us to reach the reception. Other things are good and no big problem during the stay. 」

「Love the place! Food and groceries are not too far of a walk, not too many people walking around like Tokyo or Shibuya. Recommend for people that want to explore Japan without all of people around 」

「Hotel is located around 15 minutes from Yokohama Station (can use exit 南9 or the neighboring tower entrance). The room was clean, albeit pretty small, leaving no space for me to open my luggage inside the room. Breakfast was pretty sad, with only cold rice box with a bottle of Japanese tea (and this was the same breakfast for the whole 8 night I stayed).」

「本次入住雙人房的房型很寬敞，床軟硬適中很好睡，浴室乾濕分離，浴缸很大，可以舒服的泡澡，備品提供充足，比較特別的是提供泡澡鹽和身體乳。服務人員親切。位於K-Arena旁邊，若要在Arena參加演唱會是不錯的選擇」
