“We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place.”
“Everythings was great, roof top onsen was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, except in hotel.com chinese version showing 4 Japanese beds included, but at the hotel said we only booked 2 beds for a 4 people room. Kind of confusing.
