“This is a self check in/check out so there is no staff or room service. The room itself is amazing and spacious. The bathroom is just as great! The beds were super comfortable! One of my favorite hotels! I will definitely be back. But keep in mind there is no elevator so I got lucky being on the second floor but if you have the third then you have to carry your luggage all the way up there. ”

“The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead.”

"飯店附近有公車、地鐵，很方便；一樓有提供各種盥洗備品，房間內提供的吹風機、電熱水器、空氣清淨機與加濕器，都是很高街的品牌及產品型號。 以及，在飯店的裡面(我記得是3樓)，也有自動販賣機、微波爐、洗衣機、烘乾機，這部分非常加分，甚至可以直接透過房間內電視，了解洗衣機的使用狀況，人不用專程跑到三樓去做查看。 還有非常用心、值得一提的是，日本的水，除非有特別標記不可飲用，大部分的水是可以直飲的，但飯店還有額外再把水做過潔淨，仔細喝水，口感的確不一樣。 櫃檯人員非常有禮貌，接待服務時也很專業、細心，讓我在忙碌的出差行程中，得到很好的關心和照顧，非常地感謝他們所有團隊，下一次來京都，我會再回來這裡，新年快樂！謝謝！💝💝💝💝💝 "
